Co-Owner | Founder | Director of Camp Operations

Jeff is co-owner of Camp Jeff and oversees all programming. He has over 28 years of cheerleading coaching experience and is highly regarded as one of the best cheer coaches in Illinois and nation. His teams have been routinely distinguished at the state and national levels as top competitors. Jeff's vast experience and cheerleading knowledge has allowed him to revamp numerous cheerleading programs and turn them into champions.

Education:

Jeff is a graduate from University of Iowa with a degree in psychology and communications.

Justin Boumstein

Co-Owner |  Director of Business Operations

Justin is co-owner of Camp Jeff and the Director of Business Operations. He has over a decade of management and leadership experience in business and healthcare. Justin presides over all day-to-day business operations including finance, marketing, program development, and corporate expansion/opportunities.

 

Justin is also a licensed physical therapist serving the Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, and surrounding communities. Justin also serves as a member on the board of directors for the Hair For You Foundation, a non-profit organization that distributes funds to assist in the purchase of wigs to children ages 18 years old and younger due to medical hair loss and being treated in the state of Illinois.

Education:

Justin is a graduate from Bradley University where he earned both his B.S. and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

 

Cheerleading Experience:

Justin was a member of ACE Cheerleading for 2 seasons including its inaugural coed team. He is also a former Purdue cheerleader. As a cheer coach for ACE, his teams consistently finished in 1st place and won numerous national championships including US Spirit Nationals and JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals.

Director of Customer Success

Becca is the Director of Customer Success at Camp Jeff. She has over 20 years of experience in client relations and schedule management and optimization. Becca is a nurse practitioner in pediatric oncology and the founder of the Hair For You Foundation, a non-profit organization that distributes funds to assist in the purchase of wigs to children ages 18 years old and younger due to medical hair loss and being treated in the state of Illinois.

Education:

Becca is a graduate of Bradley University and Olivet Nazarene University where she earned a B.S. and M.S.N. in Nursing, respectively.

 

Cheerleading & Dance Experience:

Becca was a member of her junior high cheerleading squad (tryouts judged by Jeff Siegal, himself), the pom squad in high school as well as a private studio dance team. She was also a member of her college dance team.
